1. Single Storey Extension submission to Planning/Building Control/Thames Water from £950-00 minimum no VAT

2. Loft Conversion submission to Planning/Building Control from £850-00 minimum no VAT

3. Two-storey side extension from £1500 no VAT

Payment

We will require a 50% deposit on commission to complete the Survey and initial draft drawings. After you have approved the drawings, we will prepare the submissions and we will invoice you for the outstanding 50%. Before submissions, we will respond to any Planning/Building Control queries
