We have operated in the residential sector for over 20 years, focusing on house and loft extensions. Contact us, and we will visit your property to discuss your proposal. Advise what is feasible and what is not, while surveying the property.
We will send you a draft copy for comment/approval. We will then submit it to Planning/Building Control and Thames Water if required on your behalf. Planning will take 2 months to make a decision. We will not submit it to Planning if we are not convinced that approval will be granted, not wasting the client’s money and time. After approval is granted, we will submit it to Building Control. Detailed construction drawings with specifications will be included
